Specifications

Application
abrasion resistant softwall hose, used for the delivery of sand or cast steel shot. It is manufactured with an antistatic rubber compound.
Temperature: from -40°C (-40°F) to +70°C (+158°F).
Branding: continuous red stripe “IVG Abr (family logo)…”.

Construction

Tube: black, smooth, antistatic SBR/NR rubber, abrasion resistant.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord.
Cover: black, smooth, (wrapped finish) antistatic SBR/NR rubber, abrasion resistant.

Flexible hose for the pneumatic control of pantographs, contactors and equipment for protection; oil and ozone resistant.

Characteristics

Specifications
Hose according to EN 45545-2:15, HL2 for internal (R22) and external (R23); UNI 4882. Rubber: UNI CEI 11170-1-2-3, NF F 16-101 F1-I3 (grid 10 and 11), EN ISO 11925-2 LR4.

Application
softwall hose with a high grade of resistance to surface electrical tension for stationary pneumatic piping of rail and tramway vehicles. It was designed for the pneumatic control of pantographs, contactors, and pneumatic equipment for protection and control.

Temperature: from -30°C (-22°F) to +90°C(+194°F).
Branding: continuous white stripe “IVG/quarter and year of production/ UNI 4882”.

Construction

Tube: black, smooth, oil resistant, synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), synthetic rubber, resistant to weathering, ozone and oils.
