Application
Robust flexible hose for compressed air, designed for pneumatic braking systems in rail carriages and locomotives. Fire resistant, with really low toxicity and smoke emission, halogen free, it resists to ballast projections.
Supplied in application lengths with tapered ends.

Temperature: -25°C (-13°F) up to +90°C (+194°F).

Branding: embossed and/or coloured marking according to technical specification.

Application
softwall hose designed as a flexible connection in air brake systems on rail carriages and locomotives. It is fire resistant with low toxicity and low smoke emission. Coils: supplied usually in application lengths with tapered ends.

Temperature: from -30°C (22°F) to +80°C (+176°F).
Branding: embossed stripe “IVG/class…/quarter and year of production” and coloured transfer stripe.

Construction

Tube: black, smooth, synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), long lasting rubber, weathering, ozone, and oil resistant.
